Victorian House
The Victorian House has three cozy bedrooms with lots of window seats for viewing the surrounding Alexander Valley vineyards.  Each room has authentic heirloom antiques, luxurious linens, plush soft towels and air conditioning.  A wrap around porch with a swing is the perfect place to relax while enjoying a glass of wine, reading a book, watching the sun set, or proposing to that special someone (this has happened here many times).

First Floor Mary Room   [$125] Wallpapered in an old fashioned, pink rose pattern, this room has an oak high back queen bed and dresser.  High ceilings, original redwood plank floors covered in hand braided rugs, and antique light fixtures give the Mary Room a special old-time feel.  The private bath offers an authentic claw foot tub with shower, and an old-fashioned commode with pull chain.  A hand hammered brass sink, brass plumbing and fixtures accent this bath.  The room and bath both overlook the vineyards. (Guests in Mary Room often comment that the "magical doorway" to this room is very Harry Potter!)  *Now available with 15" LCD flat screen TV's and Cable.
Second Floor Laura Room   [$125] This delightful room with tiny mauve flowered wallpaper offers a view of the heritage oak tree and vineyards from the large window seat.  The room features an antique vanity mahogany queen four post bed and a rocking chair.  The detached private bath features a claw foot soaking tub with hand held shower and a vintage enamel sink set into an oak dresser as a vanity. The bath has a great vineyard view from the window seat. *Now available with 15" LCD flat screen TV's and Cable.
Helen Room   [$155] One of our two rooms with king size beds, this room is wallpapered in a companion print to the Laura Room.  Enjoy a view of the wooded hills from a large window seat or relax in one of the rocking chairs and read a book. The private bath is large and offers a spacious sit down garden shower with skylight.  Double sinks give more room for couples getting ready for weddings or a day of wine tasting.  This room has a mystery that can only be solved by reading the clues left by the last guest!  What fun! *Now available with 15" LCD flat screen TV's and Cable.
Rates are for one or two adults.  Extra person in room is $35.  Room tax is additional to quoted rates.

Carriage House
The Carriage House, although not as old as our Victorian House, offers four beautiful and  spacious rooms, each having it's own private bath, ceiling fan, and air conditioning.  The three upstairs rooms are great for large groups of friends or family. A large period parlor upstairs is also available for quiet relaxation, with games, books, puzzles and has a refrigerator always stocked with cold drinks.  Enjoy the spectacular view of the hundreds of acres of Alexander Valley vineyards from the upstairs balcony, especially at sunset.  During the Summer, this is a favorite place to watch the moon rise over the hills or maybe eye a shooting star.  There's even a rocking chair for two!  If you happen to be visiting around the end of September, you can watch the grape harvest in the adjoining vineyard first hand.

First Floor Vineyard Retreat Suite   [$250] This large (500 sq. ft.) suite is decorated in soft blues with a king size bed and a queen sleeper sofa.  Some of the amenities are a small kitchenette, TV/VCR (no charge video library available), free standing gas fireplace, private phone and large lounge area.  A claw foot Jacuzzi tub for two on a polished wood floor is positioned in front of French Doors that lead to the private deck and a breathtaking vineyard view.  This room also has a shower and pedestal sink in the private bath.  Private parking is right outside the door.  The Vineyard Retreat Suite is great for Honeymoons, Anniversaries, Romantic Weekend Getaways, or simply a relaxing vacation in the Wine Country.
Second Floor Elsie Room   [$175] Largest of our bedrooms, features an antique five-piece oak, antique bedroom set with a high back queen bed and a separate day bed to accommodate an extra person.  The private bathroom offers an authentic claw foot tub with shower, old-fashioned commode with pull chain and a pedestal sink.  Sit in the rocker next to the gas fireplace and feel the warmth while you enjoy the vineyard view from the window. *Access is now available to 27" TV with Cable and VHS/DVD player in the Parlor area. On Site Movie Library available for you to choose from.
Sarah Room   [$155] A George Eastlake oak bedroom set highlights this popular room.  A handmade quilt perfectly compliments the cheery, floral wallpaper and sets off the high back queen bed.  The private bath features a claw foot tub with shower, old-fashioned commode with pull chain, and a pedestal sink. *Access is now available to 27" TV with Cable and VHS/DVD player in the Parlor area. On Site Movie Library available for you to choose from.
Vera Room   [$175] A picture perfect view of the valley and nearby vineyards while relaxing on a cozy window seat, an antique oak king bed with a step stool, and lovely patterned wallpaper set the mood for this spacious room.  The private bath features a claw foot tub with shower, old-fashioned commode with pull chain, and a pedestal sink.  You will also find a high back rocker for relaxing, and the gas fireplace makes this room warm and cozy on those late Fall and Winter evenings. *Access is now available to 27" TV with Cable and VHS/DVD player in the Parlor area. On Site Movie Library available for you to choose from.

Reservations and Policies:

Reservations:
We highly recommend advance reservations. Due to local events, reservations may be required many months in advance. We require a two-night minimum on weekends, three-night minimum on Holidays or Event Weekends, May 1st through October 31st.

Deposit:
To secure your reservation, payment of the first night by credit card is required at the time the reservation is made.

Cancellations:
If you have to cancel your visit at the Inn, please provide at least 7 days notice prior to your scheduled arrival date to receive a refund of deposit less a $15.00 cancellation fee per room. For groups of 2 couples or more, Holidays, or Event Weekends please provide 14 days notice. Late cancellation will result in a credit card charge of the entire cost of your stay for all of the rooms you reserved. If we are able to re-book the room(s), (and we will do our very best to try to make this happen) we will not charge your credit card. If we are unable to book your room(s) we will send you a Gift Certificate equal to the amount of your stay for you to use for a future visit. Early departures are handled as cancellations and the same policies apply. If you do not show up or call to cancel your reservations,we will charge your credit card for the entire stay for all of the rooms you reserved.

Breakfast:
A full four course gourmet breakfast is served at 9:00 a.m. in the Victorian House Dining Room. Hot Coffee and Tea will be ready at 8:00 a.m.

Check-In:
Check-In is 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please call to make other arrangements if these times do not work well with your traveling schedule.

Check-out:
Check out is at 11:00 a.m., or by special arrangement in advance.

We accept Visa and Master Card. We do not accept checks.

Other Important Details:

Please, No Smoking in the Inn or Rooms. There are plenty of areas outside to smoke on the porch or balcony.
Children over 12 years old are welcome.
No pets allowed.
